• All orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed via call or email.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 working days

• Other Locations: 5-7 working days

• Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take 7-10 working days

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email to track your shipment in real time.

5. Undelivered Orders

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, our delivery partner will attempt 3 more deliveries.

• If still undelivered, the product will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
